Training and support
We have our own onsite training room where we can show you the basic requirements for 1st fixing, 2nd fixing, and the equipment required. We also offer training dates covering many products and technologies including:
- Lutron lighting
- Xantech Multi-room
- SystemLine Multi-room
- Home Cinema
We are also regional training partners for SystemLine and Xantech. Our partners offer 1-3 day specific product training courses either at our premises or at their own purpose built training facilities.
When required we can come onsite to offer assistance with 1st fix, installation and commission of systems... we are not just about selling boxes. As approved dealers for many products, we offer the manufacturers full warranties, and have supplier back up. We will work with you and your customer at every step to ensure the job is a success. And once the job is installed, we can offer maintenance contracts to customers to ensure they have peace of mind in their investment.
