New build property, nr Leeds

For this project, we partnered with Oldfield Lighting to provide a complete lighting solution for a very large new build property near Leeds. Oldfield Lighting sourced a variety of light fittings to suit the contemporary style of the property, and compliment the various rooms and areas. These included wall up/down lights, recessed spots, feature pendants, and recessed low level lights for the suspended staircases.

Oldfield Home Controls installed a Lutron Homeworks system coupled with numerous SeeTouch keypads. The button layout and function of keypads was carefully planned to provide intuitive control of both individual lights and lighting scenes in the house and gardens. The result is a stunning interior space where the lighting schemes compliment and enhance the architectural and design merits of the new build.
