Our client, Skipton Properties, were developing a mill conversion and
wanted a sales advantage for those properties in the market place.
After a discussion on various pieces of technology that could be installed, our clients
decided on Niko lighting control systems for all properties. This was in
addition to structured cabling used to support future
installation of both multi-room audio and video, and a cinema room,
without major disruption to the interior decoration.
