Showhomes
One of the best ways for developers to add purchase incentives to their
developments, is to add some home technology to the development’s show
home. This is a great way to showcase what the technology can do, and
products such as lighting scene setting technology can really maximise
the impact of the show home.
We can also put together literature packs for the showhome, which
provide potential buyers with more info on the different technologies
they could add to their home.
We have installed home technology in showhomes for Skipton Properties
at Argyll Mill (Bingley), where the developer sold all the properties.
We also installed lighting controls in showhomes for Burley
Developments at Embsay, and installed a Lutron system for Hermitage
Estates’ showhome in Lancaster.
