Commissioning and ongoing maintenance
When a job is commissioned and handed over, the designer and programmer will be on site to make sure the design is brought to life as the customer expected. For example, lighting scenes must be configured precisely as the customer wants, and audio-visual components must be easily controllable in the specified rooms. We use a sign off document to obtain formal signature from our customers that the system matches their requirements and they’ve been given clear instruction on how to use it.
Following handover we provide one year’s free maintenance. After that year there are maintenance contracts that can be purchased, providing an annual service and ongoing maintenance of the customer’s system. This ensures a customer’s investment in home technology provides maximum enjoyment and value for money.
