Complete design package

After a customer has visited our showroom, our design team can go through all the plans and options in detail. This is typically followed up by a site meeting, after which a quotation pack is produced by Oldfield Home Controls.

If the customer already has an electrical contractor, we give the quotation pack to the contractor to be part of their overall quote for the job. If no contactor is yet appointed by the customer, we can recommend a number of regional contractors to suit the project.

The design team works alongside the contractor and customer from concept to completion to ensure the installation matches up to the original plans. When a system installation is complete, either the contractor will commission the system with our support, or we will make an appointment with the customer and then work on finalising all aspects of the installed system to make it ready for handover to the customer.
